This product is suitable for the preprocessing of special types of samples and is designed to be used in conjunction with the microbial nucleic acid extraction kit. It can achieve sample homogenization and improve the nucleic acid release rate of thick-walled microorganisms in the samples.
Tissue Homogenization Tube: Suitable for homogenization processing of tissue samples.
DTT: Suitable for liquefaction processing of sputum samples.
Grinding Tube: Suitable for mechanical lysis of thick-walled microorganisms in all liquid samples.
Nucleic Acid Precipitant: Designed to improve the recovery efficiency of trace nucleic acids in samples.
This product is suitable for extracting total nucleic acids (DNA + RNA) from samples such as whole blood, plasma, sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, swabs, and tissues. The resulting products can be directly used in PCR, qPCR, and next-generation sequencing experiments. When used with an automated nucleic acid extraction instrument, the process from sample input to obtaining nucleic acid products takes approximately 40 minutes.
