This technology is suitable for fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments with four channels, such as ABI 7500, QuantStudio 5, Macrostone SLAN-96S, Tianlong Gentier 96E, and Borui FQD-96A, which support FAM, VIC, Texas Red, and Cy5 dyes.
